Our Return Policy:
At Ester A Creations, we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we possibly can to make you happy. We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or decorated in any way. We also cannot accept returns on hand-crafted items, gift baskets, or candles. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging. Any items that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

Canceling Your Order:
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.

Damaged Items:
We will replace any damaged or defective items that you receive as long as Ester A Creations has the items in stock. If the goods are not currently available, we will issue you a credit for the damaged items. Damages for personalized glassware cannot be replaced due to the set-up costs involved. We can only offer a credit for the damaged pieces. Please note that all orders must be inspected and all claims for damages or shortages must be made to us within 48 hours after the receipt of the shipment.

Shipping:
We expedite orders as soon as they are received. However, because we stand behind the integrity of our products and providing you with the best service possible, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. Some of our products take longer than others to ship due to the fact that they are handmade, personalized, or require additional time for processing. Most orders ship in 7-10 business days (provided the item is in stock) unless it is personalized favors. If the product is in stock, it is possible to have the order shipped the same day it is placed (some exceptions may apply). Rush fees or quicker shipping are also available for orders that need to be processed quicker; at which time those fees will be added separately to your order. If it is a rush, let us know when you need your order and we will let you know if we can get it to you in time. We are not shipping orders outside the 48 contiguous states at this time. Also we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. No exception.
Please double check that your shipping address information is correct. If packages are returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, you will be charged the actual shipping cost for that package. Shipping Rates are calculated by the United States Postal Service rates and will apply to all orders.

Our Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. None of the private information you may give us on our website will be shared with any third party. All credit card transactions are handled through PayPal’s secure server. We do not receive any of your credit card information. We do not sell information collected from our visitors/customers/clients.
